Who We Are
Your privacy is important to Pioneer Customer Experience, LLC (“PCX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an InteLogix company. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our website at www.pioneercx.com (the “Site”). PCX is part of the InteLogix group of companies; where this Policy refers to our affiliates, that includes InteLogix and other companies under common ownership.
What This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and through electronic communications you send to us in connection with the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline or through any other means (except as required by applicable law), or to information collected by third parties, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge this Policy. We may update it from time to time as described in “Changes to This Policy” below.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
You may choose to provide information through the Site, such as through the “Contact Us” feature. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, and the contents of any message or inquiry you send us.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the Site, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, and the date and time of your request. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and basic operational purposes and is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site does not currently use cookies or other tracking technologies. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising or remarketing pixels, or similar tracking technologies on the Site, and we do not use the Site to engage in targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
If we introduce cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Policy before or at the time they are deployed, describe the categories and purposes involved, and — where required by law — provide a mechanism to manage your preferences and honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- Communicate with you about our services;
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and respond to lawful requests; and
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of PCX, our affiliates, our clients, and others.
How We Share Your Information
We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify any individual without restriction. We may share personal information as described in this Policy:
- With our affiliates, including InteLogix and other companies under common ownership;
- With contractors and service providers that perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, information technology and security, and communications support) and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared;
- With a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets;
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from law enforcement or regulators; and
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it, and with your consent.
We do not sell or share your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International Data Access
PCX is part of a global organization. Information collected through the Site is hosted on servers located in the United States, and our affiliates and service providers — including InteLogix personnel located in the Philippines, El Salvador, and Egypt — may remotely access that information as part of operating the Site and responding to your inquiries. We apply appropriate safeguards to this cross-border access, including contractual protections, encryption in transit, VPN connections, multi-factor authentication, and access controls limited to authorized personnel.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiries submitted through the Site are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for recordkeeping and legal purposes. Automatically collected technical log data is retained for a limited period consistent with our security and operational needs. We securely delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed.

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, and others), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete your personal information;
